At Ultimate Prime Health, we offer two comprehensive options for lab work and consultation, tailored to your specific needs:

Step 2. Physician Review and Customized Protocol

Once your required paperwork is submitted, our physician will thoroughly review your medical history, health goals, lab results, and telehealth exam findings. Based on this information, a customized treatment protocol will be designed specifically for you.

Once the protocol is finalized, it will be uploaded to your profile. Shortly after, one of our Client Liaisons will contact you to discuss the next steps and guide you through the process.

Step 3. Prescription Fulfillment and Shipping

Our trusted partner pharmacies typically process and ship prescriptions within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the necessary documents. Shipping options include:

• Overnight or 2-Day Shipping for quick delivery

• Ground Shipping for cost-effective options on select items

 

For patients who need their medications faster, we also offer an Expedited Processing option for just $50, which includes free same-day processing and shipping. This ensures that your medications are processed and shipped on the same day the pharmacy receives your prescription.

Please note that Expedited Processing and medication shipping are available in most states, but eligibility may be limited in select states due to pharmacy regulations. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email and text so you can stay informed about your delivery.
